She is also a business growth consultant for holistic healthcare providers who also want to build a virtual practice. She is the founder and CEO of two businesses, Amour de Soi Wellness and Thriving Wellness Practice.

BIO:  Dr. Alice Fong is an integrative naturopathic doctor, known as the “Virtual Stress Doc,” and she helps busy professionals break free from their stress and anxiety so that they can focus on what matters to them using a 5-step holistic approach. She is the founder and CEO of Amour de Soi Wellness, which offers one-on-one wellness programs, corporate wellness workshops, e-learning, and resilience training courses.

Dr. Alice is a 2012 graduate of Bastyr University where she earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND degree), and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Puget Sound.

Dr. Alice believes that the mind-body connection is an essential component of health. Mental and emotional wellbeing can contribute to one’s physical health, and vice versa. Her goal is to help people optimize their health and wellbeing and discover the best version of themselves.

As a proven stress expert, Dr. Alice has found that prolonged stress is often the root cause or a major contributing factor to several other health conditions such as depression, pain, overeating/poor dietary choices, decreased immune function, digestive problems, high blood pressure, and insomnia. 

The current medical model in healthcare is a retroactive, passive approach focused on the disease and drugs to mask the symptoms. The naturopathic approach is a proactive, health-oriented one. Rather than focusing solely on the disease, she focuses on optimizing health and looking at the whole picture of a person’s life. Her model is not about "fixing" it, it’s about why a person got the disease in the first place. It is not about managing the condition, but identifying the factors in her or his life that made them susceptible to acquiring the condition. People need to be actively engaged and empowered in their health and wellbeing. 

Dr. Alice Fong is also a business growth consultant for holistic healthcare providers and coaches those who want to build a virtual practice. She owns a second business called Thriving Wellness Practice, which she launched in order to expand her reach and impact of integrative medicine around the globe, by helping practitioners help more people.

She also co-founded and co-hosts a Video Podcast Show called "HappyTalks with Dr. Alice and Donovon.” Dr. Alice has also given 
talks around the country for healthcare providers, corporations, organizations, women’s conferences and for the general public.  

She is a world traveler, CrossFit athlete, and lover of personal development and authentic deep conversations. 
 
As an in-demand speaker, Dr. Alice travels extensively around the country and is often available for both in-person and virtual interviews and speaking engagements.
