Dr. Cleamon is experienced as an administrator, engineer, consultant, educator, and civic leader. He was a business school dean at Madonna University and Baker College, and a professor at Kettering University, Dominican University, Kettering University, Saint Xavier University, and Roosevelt University. He has held technical and leadership positions in four industries: Health Care, Higher Education, Not for Profit/Civic Life, and Telecommunications. 

Dr. Cleamon sits on the boards of Habitat for Humanity - Detroit, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Flint, Catholic Vantage Financial Credit Union, and the Alumni Board of Kettering/GMI Association.

Dr. Cleamon has received numerous awards and honors for academic, civic, and professional contributions locally and nationally. He is also a published author of various peer-reviewed publications and holds a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management position in the Carmona College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University.

Dr. Cleamon, a native of Detroit, is the proud husband of Nicole C. Willis-Moorer, Vice President of American Advantage Home Care, Inc., and proud father of four sons, Cleamon III, Cleshaun, Christian, and Colomon.
